About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and driven Senior Product Manager to lead the next wave of innovation at Dayra. The foundation is built — now we need a builder who can shape what’s next. You’ll drive the development of new products and features, and lead integrations with partners to expand our reach and unlock new use cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full product lifecycle from strategy to execution, building new financial products and features from the ground up
- Translate complex partner and business problems into clear product requirements and actionable roadmaps
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams to deliver seamless, scalable experiences
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing partner needs with business goals and technical feasibility
- Drive integrations with partners to expand Dayra’s capabilities, distribution, and embedded finance use cases
- Conduct discovery through partner feedback, research, and data insights to validate product direction
- Monitor key product metrics and continuously iterate to improve performance, adoption, and satisfaction
- Coordinate successful product launches and enhancements across internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance and security requirements are embedded into product planning and execution
- Champion a high-performance product culture rooted in curiosity, experimentation, and partner impact
Who We’re Looking For
- You have 5+ years of experience in a product management role, preferably in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
- You’ve taken products from idea to launch, and know what it takes to ship high-quality features at speed
- You’re excited to lead the development of new products, not just maintain existing ones
- Experience in fintech or financial services is a strong plus
- You are a systems thinker who thrives on solving complex problems and scaling impactful solutions
- You are just as comfortable talking to engineers as you are to partners, users, or leadership
- You take ownership, move with urgency, and care deeply about outcomes over output
