We are looking for a customer-centric Technical Consultant to join our Technology & Implementation Services team. The Technical Consultant is a high-energy change agent, who is passionate and results-oriented with a consultative and analytical mentality. Our Technical Consultants are responsible for ensuring client success within our service offerings including timely issue resolution and outstanding communication. These valuable contributors serve as leaders dedicated to exceptional results and effective management to deliver quality service with cross-functional teams.
What you’ll do:
- Manage customer requests in accordance with scope, schedule, and cost
- Collaborating with external key stakeholders and other hc1 teams in support of our Service Select offering
- Direct management of customer interaction and other requests collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders
- Participate in resolution of critical incidents, coordinate with resolution parties, and establish effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews
- Take accountability for Service Select, meet customer expectations, and drive future demand
- Maintain high performance levels for service-related processes, and implement improvement activities wherever necessary
- Provide accurate and regular reports on performance of the delivery
- Build partnerships with internal teams to deliver customer needs
- Be consultative by identifying customer needs
- Act as an individual contributor through hc1 platform configurations including:
- Workflow/process mapping
- Turning business requirements into actionable technical solutions, creating technical work request/user stories, completing functional testing and validation
- Front end client software configuration
- Travel approximately 10% of the time
- Complete other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you bring:
- BS degree focused on Business or Technology, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in a client facing technical role
- Healthcare experience highly preferred
- Experience with project management principles, methods, and techniques preferred
- Technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software configuration and web technologies a plus
- Self-Motivated and curious
- Knowledge of escalation procedures and other disciplines related to delivery
- Exceptional customer-facing skills
- Effective planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills; proven track record in managing on-time task completion
- Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
