🔧 Key Responsibilities May Include:


  • Overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, fulfillment, and outbound logistics
  • Leading and mentoring warehouse teams to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality control
  • Collaborating with internal departments to align inventory and distribution goals
  • Monitoring international and domestic shipping logistics and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Tracking and reporting on warehouse metrics, workflow improvements, and cost efficiency
  • Implementing and maintaining safety protocols and warehouse procedures

✅ Preferred Qualifications:


  • 3–5+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations (leadership experience required for management roles)
  • Strong knowledge of inventory systems, shipping software, and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with domestic and international shipping regulations
  • Demonstrated success managing warehouse teams and improving operational outcomes
  • Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant logistics tools
