Description of Position: As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Duties and Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities of the position include owning the product roadmap for your team, and being responsible for setting priorities, backed up by data and customer feedback. Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including developers, designers, and QA. Being the voice of your customers and ensuring a high quality of customer service. Working closely with software engineers and turning requirements into wireframes, specifications, and user stories. Manage end to end delivery cycle of product features, including roll-out to customers and across the internal team.

Evaluate data and insights for comprehensive strategy planning.
- Gathers, manages, and prioritizes the product backlog.
- Consolidate data into user stories and necessary product requirements.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans as needed to ensure project success.
- Oversee the quality of deliverables and ensure they meet the highest standards. Conduct thorough testing and validation to guarantee the reliability of our software.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, reports, and other relevant records.
- Establish initiatives and align with cross-functional goals.
- Collaborate with UI/UX team, product scrum team, and product leaders to establish timeline workflows and goals.
- Ensure product aligns with company mission goals.
- Prioritizes defect or bug resolution.
- Responsible for ownership of product voice and vision.
Qualifications needed to be successful:
Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in business, computer science, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
- 3 + years of previous experience as a product manager/product owner/business analyst, ideally in B2B and within FinTech/Financial services
- Solid understanding of the product lifecycle
- In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, technical understanding of products and up to date on industry standards and best practices.
