Job Experience:
2+ years previous experience with AutoCAD (release 14 and later) as a CAD drafter in the engineering field and must be able to demonstrate CAD skills to the Mangan CAD supervisor.Education: High School or equivalentCertifications: None requiredKey Attributes:Must demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team. - Under direction of E&I Design Lead, participates in the creation of E&I design deliverables using AutoCAD; including control panel bills of material, control panel layout and wiring diagrams, and conduit & cable schedules.
- Under direction of E&I Design Lead, participates in the creation of electrical power distribution design packages; including site plot plan layouts, single line diagrams, distribution panel layout diagrams, conduit and cable schedules, and miscellaneous electrical details.
- Be able to use “OSNAP” spacing for cosmetic and drawing clarity.
- Be aware of Mangan and client standards and use them consistently.
- Be able to communicate well with Mangan CAD and Design/Engineering staff.
- Possess good interpersonal skills.
- Be able to self-check and correct mistakes before internal QA/QC check.
- Basic Understanding of Microsoft Excel.
