The ideal candidate will have an instinct to anticipate guest’s needs to envision a seamless trip from start to finish to produce optimum results. We are looking for a friendly, confident, and thoughtful person to bring personal service to every interaction. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consistently demonstrate company values with clients and teammates
  • Be engaged in team meetings and/or training sessions to build your knowledge-base and awareness of company products and initiatives
  • Engage in conversation with our clients while navigating multiple systems and resources
  • Accurately book and confirm domestic and international flight reservations 
  • Respond to clients’ questions and requests via email and phone
  • Monitor and reply to company instant messaging with remote airport handlers and interdepartmental communication 
  • Inform guests of flight delays via SMS system and phone
  • Assist and educate guests of passport and visa requirements
  • Diplomatically resolve travel-related issues
  • Pursue resolutions to trip issues
  • Other duties as assigned

RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS

  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (e.g., verbal, written, listening), attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
  • Talent to de-escalate difficult situations in a calm, professional manner
  • Self-motivated with the capability to work as part of a close team
  • Independent problem solver
  • Strong typing skills
  • Proficient with internet navigation, instant messenger tools, Outlook and Microsoft Office
  • Capacity to work with frequent changes in procedures, directions, and outcomes
  • Must be flexible to adjust work schedule for seasonality and changes in demand
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours to include evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Open to receive coaching feedback through regular meetings and apply learnings

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift 15 lbs. at times
