The Director of Revenue Operations is a strategic, cross-functional leader responsible for scaling go-to-market (GTM) operations, enablement, and systems across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This individual will drive alignment, efficiency, and predictable growth for a high-velocity SaaS business by building the infrastructure, insights, and processes needed to power the full revenue engine.
This role owns the strategy and execution of our GTM tech stack, revenue analytics, and operational frameworks. You will ensure our teams have access to clean data, actionable insights, and scalable processes that unlock productivity and drive revenue acceleration.The ideal candidate brings deep RevOps leadership experience in fast-growing SaaS environments, a proven track record of scaling GTM functions globally, and a bias for execution with high impact.Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale GTM operations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive cross-functional alignment and growth.
  • Build and evolve operational strategies that support each stage of the customer lifecycle—from pipeline generation to expansion and renewal.
  • Translate business goals into scalable operational plans, systems, and workflows.
  • Own revenue analytics, performance dashboards and tech stack that empower data-driven decisions across the organization.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and actionable insights to influence GTM strategy and planning.
  • Define OKRs that measure GTM effectiveness and team performance.
  • Run Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) in order to assess the overall progress towards OKRs across the GTM team
  • Develop, refine and execute variable compensation plans that reinforce achievement of OKRs
  • In collaboration with Sales Enablement, design and implement programs that accelerate ramp time, increase conversion rates, and improve quota attainment.
  • Partner with Sales, AE, and CS leadership to drive process adoption, training, and tooling that maximize productivity.
  • Champion continuous improvement through feedback loops, process refinement, and performance coaching.

RequirementsThe primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Proven experience leading revenue operations or sales operations in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong expertise in process optimization, initiative execution, and operational ownership.
  • Deep knowledge of system and dashboard development, particularly for pipeline and sales funnel analytics
  • Advanced knowledge of sales analytics, reporting frameworks, and forecasting, particularly using Salesforce, Gong and ChurnZero.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop teams to achieve high performance.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Results-oriented with a data-driven approach to continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and other sales analytics tools.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities independently.
