Product Manager


to establish NICE’s vision, strategy, and coordinated product roadmap for the integration capabilities (“Hubs”) of the NICE CXone Mpower platform. The role requires a high-energy individual who excels at working with cross-functional teams in a technical space and is comfortable in leading a team effort, as well as influencing others to achieve company objectives.The core objective of the Senior Product Manager at NiCE is to optimize product profitability by maximizing customer satisfaction through timely delivery of appropriate and valuable products/features, with clearly articulated product positioning that effectively communicates the value proposition of the NiCE solution.

The Senior Product Manager represents customer needs in product definition documents and on cross-functional program teams, ensures product acceptance in the market, and plans orderly transitions of products from one version to the next. Together with the Product Management teams responsible for each individual hub and Product Marketing, the Senior Product Manager will help the company develop and deliver a product roadmap that ensures NiCE offers highly competitive solutions to its customers.The Senior Product Manager – Hub Strategy specifically is the champion for the complete set of integration capabilities (“Hubs”) of the CXone Mpower AI platform, from the definition of NiCE’s comprehensive integration approach to driving the development of that strategy across the entire platform to coordinating end-of-life planning for any element. The Senior Product Manager – Hub Strategy serves as the central management point—ensuring that all CXone Mpower integration products (“Hubs”) align to the strategy, release timelines, and platform-level priorities.

You will be responsible for managing and communicating a unified roadmap view across all integration products, identifying risks and dependencies, and enabling consistency in planning across those teams.This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives on a dynamism, collaboration, and delivering clarity in complex environments. Specific responsibilities include:

Strategic Planning & Alignment


  • Coordinate quarterly and annual planning processes across all CXone Mpower Hub teams

  • Align roadmaps with strategic business priorities, GTM plans, and platform-level objectives

  • Facilitate alignment between technical deliverables and market/customer needs

Hub Portfolio Roadmap Management


  • Own the creation, maintenance, and communication of the roadmap for all integration points / Hubs across the CXone Mpower AI platform

  • Partner with product managers across multiple teams to collect, align, and synthesize individual roadmaps into a coherent platform-wide view

  • Track dependencies, identify conflicts or gaps, and proactively escalate risks or misalignments

Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Serve as a liaison between Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Executive Leadership

  • Ensure consistency of messaging, prioritization, and timing across initiatives

  • Support communication of roadmap themes and updates to both internal and external stakeholders

Communication & Transparency


  • Build and deliver executive-level presentations and planning artifacts

  • Maintain shared roadmap tools and documentation that improve visibility and decision-making

  • Champion portfolio planning best practices across teams

Specific Experience/Skills Required:


  • 8+ years’ experience with software product management, professional services, or in another relevant role

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Demonstrated experience as a persuasive and persistent advocate for customer needs

  • Excellent cross-functional team leader with project management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to take the initiative and work in a self-directed manner

  • Ability to thrive in a changing environment

  • Ability to communicate comfortably across all levels of corporate structure

  • Ability to work with sales executives and assist with opportunities as subject matter expert, especially when offerings are new to market

  • Customer Experience business experience preferred

  • Knowledge of telephony infrastructure a strong plus

  • Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred)
