The Role
We’re looking for an Enablement Apprentice who will support the development and maintenance of training resources, knowledge base (KB) content, and internal processes.Working under the Enablement POC, you'll help produce quality enablement materials and assist with content operations, training, and content audits, all while gaining hands-on experience in enablemen. This is a contractor role for 6–12 months, with a commitment of ~40 hours/week. The contract may be extended based on performance.
Project Requirements
- Build a clear, organized Knowledge Base including SOPs, macros, logic flows, help articles, and bot documentation
- Create Notion and internal intake systems (e.g., tagging, issue types, help articles) for clarity and version control
- Create "knowledge checks", short quizzes to test understanding after key product launches or process updates
- Create process for quality reviews of new content (check formatting, clarity, and consistency) before publishing
- Define V1 of automation and deflection workflows (e.g., chat bot responses, auto-resolution content)
- Produce training materials and internal documentation related to the project
What we’re looking for
- Background in writing, documentation, training, or content creation
- Experience with knowledge systems, CMS, or documentation tools (Notion preferred)
- Understanding of job description drafting and onboarding processes
- Strong written English and attention to detail
- Comfortable with tools like Google Suite, Notion, Canva
- Quick learner, proactive, and collaborative
- Organized and capable of managing task follow-ups
- Interested in support operations, content workflows, training and quality systems
