For more information, visit piano.io.What You'll DoYou'llhelp define, coordinate, and deliver tentpole content initiatives from concept to completion, creating compelling narratives that drive measurable marketing, sales, and communications KPIs. This role combinesgrowth-oriented strategy, creative collaboration, project management/coordination, and logistics.Key Responsibilities
- Drive video content strategy across product demos, company spotlights, webinar series, and event recaps that engage enterprise media decision-makers
- Execute hands-on production work including video editing, asset creation, content formatting, and multi-channel distribution
- Coordinate creative resources including designer time, external contractors, and cross-departmental stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule
- Serve as key point of connection between Piano’s marketing and design teams
- Collaborate with remote teams across product, sales, and marketing to gather insights and align content with business objectives, engaging stories for technical and business audiences
- Support the development of sales decks and marketing collateral that translate complex product features into compelling business narratives
- Support end-to-end social media campaigns with hands-on content creation, scheduling, and performance optimization
What You'll Need
- 2+ years of content marketing experience with proven results in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
- Strong video production skills including editing, export optimization, and platform-specific formatting
- Proficiency with Creative Suite and Figma for both content creation and collaborative design work
- Experience managing projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments
- Self-directed work style with ability to take projects from initial brief to successful execution with minimal oversight
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and content analytics tools
