The SVP of Operations will lead the strategy and execution of day-to-day operations across our Grow and Processing facilities. In this role you will drive operational efficiency, maintain regulatory compliance, and support the company’s long-term growth.

Your Impact:

Lead all operational aspects of cultivation and processing facilities, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and compliance with cannabis regulations
Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals and drive business performance
Manage budgets and resource allocation across facilities to maximize output and profitability
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety
Track KPIs and operational performance, using data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
Serve as a key liaison to executive leadership and board members, providing regular updates on operational performance
