What you’ll do… 


The Quality Analyst will be a member of the Quality Team, responsible for facilitating corrective actions, document control and continuous improvement throughout the organization. This includes working with the key stakeholders to drive quality and continuous improvement at Enchanted Rock. This job will be reporting to the Director Quality at Enchanted Rock and will be based in the company’s main office.   

You’ll make an impact by: 


  • Drafting quality assurance policies and procedures. 
  • Supporting the key stakeholders with the document control process.  
  • Supporting the key stakeholders in investigating and addressing identified issues and carry corrective actions to completion.  
  • Logging in and tracking quality data and generating performance dashboards. 
  • Monitoring and updating the status of corrective actions and improvement projects. 

Requirements

You’ll sweep us off our feet if you: 


  • Are a quick study with attention to detail. 
  • Are detail and process oriented. 
  • Demonstrate knowledge about quality assurance and understand the concept of corrective actions and root cause analysis. 
  • Have experience with Quality Management and Safety standards in production. 
  • Have a track of developing quality control points and inspection plans in a product manufacturing environment. 
  • Are able to write quality control and testing standard work instructions. 
  • Have experience with the ISO 9001:2015 standard. 
  • Have experience with data capturing and analysis.  

What you’ll need:


  • Experience in a quality and continuous improvement role. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking. 
  • Knowledge of the quality management system concept and the main continuous improvement. techniques – root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone, 8D), PDCA, Minimizing process waste. 
  • Experience with document control process and key requirements. 
  • Physical requirements and working conditions:  Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer, stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions, strength to lift and carry; vision to read printed materials and a computer screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone.
