Good news! 1WorldSync is looking for a Syndication Support Specialist to join our team at our Chicago, IL headquarters.
1WorldSync is the industry leader in product content management. With approximately 550 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK, we’re seeking a Syndication Support Specialist to support our growing global team.
Reporting directly to our Technical Support Manager, the Syndication Support Specialist will support the operational processes for our content sharing infrastructure, seamlessly partnering with all client-facing teams and consulting customers on data management and best practices, coordinating internal resources, and driving projects.
As Syndication Support Specialist at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:
- Serve as the subject matter expert of 1WorldSync processes and architecture as it relates to Syndication
- Project manage client Implementations through Revenue Recognition
- Oversee Technical and Customer Support requests within SLA
- Recognition and Resolution of client Escalations and Priorities
- Perform website and Systems Analysis
- Enforce 1WS Authenticity Policies to ensure we and our clients remain within FTC guidelines
- Work with 3rd party vendors and partners to develop new integrations that impact cost and client experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve our service and delivery, including Onboarding, ongoing support, as well as identification and prioritization of technology enhancements
- Consult clients on data structuring, website configurations, or use of other services and the financial implications
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or practical equivalent experience
- 1+ years working in a client-facing technology role
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proven problem solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical coworkers and clients
- Proven ability to work with and analyze data sets for both issue resolution and optimization
- Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, XML, CSS, and SQL

Compensation:
- $55,000 - $57,500 base salary, depending on experience.
- This role is eligible for an annual discretionary corporate bonus.
- Candidates can expect salary offers that range from the minimum to the midpoint of the salary range.

Additional Details:
- This is a hybrid position that requires 3 days per week at our Chicago headquarters location.
- This role requires the candidate to have the authority to work in, and be located in the US.
- This position requires up to 5% travel.
