About the Job / Key Responsibilities


We are looking for a strategic and hands-on People & Culture Business Partner to join our global team. You’ll work closely with business leaders, managers, and our Centers of Excellence to bring our People Strategy to life — with a focus on performance enablement, talent management, employee engagement, and HCM system implementation. This is a pivotal role for someone with international HR/People experience, ready to contribute to a purpose-driven tech scale-up. This role reports to the People & Culture Director and will also guide a team of 1-2 people.

  • Partner with functional and regional leaders to translate business needs into people solutions
  • Implement Performance Management and Talent Management programs
  • Lead and support the implementation of our new HCM system, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment across functions and geographies
  • Guide organizational design and change management initiatives, particularly in high-growth areas
  • Foster a positive and inclusive culture across diverse international teams
  • Coach managers on leadership, engagement, and team development
  • Use people analytics to inform decision-making and measure impact
  • Collaborate with COEs in Talent Acquisition and People Operations to ensure a consistent employee experience

Minimum Qualifications


  • Relevant HR/People experience, including at least 3 years in a People Business Partner role
  • Experience in global or multi-country environments; tech or cybersecurity sector experience is a must have
  • Strong background in Performance Management design and rollout
  • Proven experience in HRIS or HCM system implementation
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable navigating change and ambiguity in scale-up settings
  • Fluent in English
