About you:
You are a smart, scrappy, technically fluent operator who loves working directly with internet businesses to integrate payments and infrastructure. You're the type of person who gets excited about helping a seven-figure creator seamlessly integrate Whop payments into their businesses & existing tech-stacks. You thrive in the intersection of technical problem-solving and customer success, but without the fluff.
What does the role look like?
As a Tech Integration Specialist, you'll help our most valuable customers get fully set up and optimized on Whop's platform. You'll work closely with founders and developers to solve technical challenges and identify product improvements.
- Embed and customize Whop checkout into websites and funnels (GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Custom SaaS websites)
- Set up custom billing flows using our API and troubleshoot integration issues
- Use Zapier, N8N, webhooks, and automation tools to build seamless workflows
- Identify product gaps and advocate for improvements with our engineering team
- Think creatively to solve customer requests that aren't currently supported
- Create documentation and streamline future integrations
Your first 90 days will look like the following:
- Within 30 days, you will have mastered Whop's API and completed 20+ successful integrations
- Within 60 days, you will be leading technical onboarding calls independently
- Within 90 days, you will have identified process improvements and be mentoring new team members
