We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to support our departmental operations and ensure a positive, well-organized office experience for all employees, clients, and visitors. This position serves as the central point of administrative coordination for the Nashville office, supporting tactical alignment with firmwide initiatives and plans through collaboration with department(s) leadership. The role plays a key part in fostering a high-quality client and team member experience by ensuring operational excellence, responsiveness, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to local market needs.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle office requests and maintenance with building management and other local vendors
- Coordinate with shared services & department leaders with strategic initiatives and ensuring Nashville office alignment to overall firmwide strategy
- Champion the client and team member experience locally. Maintain high standards for responsiveness, care and problem solving
- Oversee daily operations including facilities, supplies, refreshments and other items necessary for office operations
- Monitor office budget/resource management & expense reconciliations
- Support local office leadership with logistics, coordination and administrative tasks
- Facilitate local monthly team meetings and other communication and updates
- Assist with local socials, celebrations and other internal events
- Assist with new hire onboarding, logistics for office visits, meals, client & team members
- Fulfill requests to assist with market research & relationship development efforts as necessary
