A well-established, boutique law firm in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Family Law Attorney to strengthen their close-knit team and champion client-focused family law services on-site in Uptown Dallas.

What You'll Do as the Family Law Attorney:

Manage a full family law caseload—motions, depositions, filings, hearings—in divorce, custody, and related matters.
Build and nurture client relationships while generating or engaging existing referral streams; leverage your business development skills.
Collaborate with a small team of three family law lawyers plus estate and civil litigation attorneys across probate, wills, and trusts.
Participate in community events and outreach to grow the firm’s presence and referral base.

Must-Haves as the Family Law Attorney:

Board-certified in Family Law in Texas, with 10+ years of experience handling contested family law matters.
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited school and active membership in the State Bar of Texas.
Demonstrated ability to manage a large caseload (40–60 active matters concurrently).
Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ambitious, disciplined, and comfortable working full-time in-office (8–5), with occasional flexibility as needed.

Nice-to-Haves as the Family Law Attorney:

An existing book of family law business or referral network to bring into the firm.
Background from a solo practice or a major Dallas firm seeking a more people-first, boutique environment.
Experience in estate planning, probate, or civil litigation to complement the firm’s multi-practice model.
