We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Onboarding (Implementation) Specialist to join our team in Round Rock, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment and integration of our solutions with client systems. You will act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding process—configuring software, training users, and ensuring a seamless transition from sales to active use.

Responsibilities of the role:


  • Quickly grasp key roofing and SaaS industry concepts.
  • Gather, analyze, and process client data during data migrations.
  • Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Maintain an organized approach through various onboarding milestones.
  • Develop and nurture key customer relationships, fostering long-term partnerships between the ROOFLINK team and our clients.
  • Guide customers through technical stages of implementation, including tool training, business process configuration, and basic systems integrations.
  • Escalate challenges, both technical and non-technical, collaborating internally at ROOFLINK to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
