Your Role
As Operations intern you will support the daily operations of our first physical FINN Station and take ownership of selected projects that shape how we deliver and receive vehicles in the future. You’ll work closely with the operations leadership team and have the unique opportunity to drive cross-functional impact, from vehicle logistics to customer success for one of FINN’s most exciting new concepts.

Your Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations at the FINN station: From ensuring smooth and professional handovers to bringing the station to life with signature FINN touches up to creating process documentation and monitoring the stations performance with KPIs: At FINN you will get responsibility from day one with room for personal initiative. This project will have a critical impact on how we shape the future of our company.
- Implement new processes and critically question, analyze and improve existing processes: We constantly aim to improve our existing setup with maximum efficiency. Help us to build the best possible version of FINN with world-class processes enabling us to have a smoothly running organization.
Your Profile
- You are pursuing or already have a degree in business administration, economics or a related field, or you have a completed apprenticeship in the hospitality, business or commercial field.
- You have a customer-centric mindset and already have some experience in customer-facing situations.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and hands-on with strong eagerness to learn.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with innovative and creative approaches to overcoming them.
- Availability of 6 months (or longer) for the internship.
- You communicate clearly and openly, in both German (fluent) and English (proficiency).
