A well-established construction firm specializing in complex structural repairs, is seeking a Superintendent – Concrete Restoration to join their team in Miami, Florida. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced field leader to oversee a multimillion-dollar restoration project, ensuring top-tier quality, safety, and productivity.

What You’ll Do as the Superintendent – Concrete Restoration:


  • Lead daily site operations, coordinating crews, subcontractors, and logistics
  • Enforce strict safety standards and maintain high-quality workmanship
  • Track project schedules and productivity goals to ensure on-time delivery
  • Serve as the primary field liaison with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors
  • Maintain accurate documentation and clear communication on all site activities

Must-Haves as the Superintendent – Concrete Restoration:


  • 5+ years of experience managing concrete restoration or structural repair projects in a superintendent or foreman capacity
  • In-depth knowledge of structural repairs, post-tension systems, and waterproofing
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate field teams while upholding safety and quality standards
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused mindset
  • Solid field documentation and communication skills
  • OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)

Nice-to-Haves as the Superintendent – Concrete Restoration:


  • OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certifications already in place
  • Previous experience on large-scale, multimillion-dollar restoration projects
  • Familiarity with advanced restoration techniques and materials
