Operations Systems and Fulfillment Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Operations Systems and Fulfillment Coordinator to coordinate critical elements of our day-to-day operations. This role ensures the smooth execution of order processing, inventory control, shipping and receiving, vendor communications, and ERP system accuracy. The ideal candidate will play a key liaison role in optimizing our operations to support the engineering, manufacturing and delivery of equipment in a regulated, quality-driven environment.Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily order processing and ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of vendor, customer and internal orders.
  • Coordinate and optimize inventory control processes, including stock levels, transfers, and cycle counts.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving activities to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and compliant logistics operations.
  • Maintain and improve the accuracy and integrity of data within the ERP system (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC).
  • Identify process improvements across order fulfillment, logistics, and inventory functions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, finance, quality, and customer service) to support smooth operational workflows.
  • Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to drive efficiency and meet service level goals.
  • Support compliance with industry standards and regulations within the life sciences and capital equipment sectors.
  • Engage with vendors and third-party logistics partners to manage shipping performance and supply chain execution.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations management, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in operations management, logistics, or supply chain within capital equipment or industrial manufacturing environments.
  • Strong experience with ERP systems and supply chain management tools (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle).
  • Demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives across supply chain and fulfillment functions.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Outstanding curiosity, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
