Trueline is seeking a Project Manager to oversee ground up design build, remodels/additions, metal building, industrial, public/private and educational facility projects based in Northeast Ohio. They’re looking for a seasoned professional ready to strap in and lead from day one.

What You'll Do as the Project Manager:


• Take ownership of multiple projects—from industrial sites to schools and churches—covering permits, drawings review, RFI’s, change orders, schedules, budgets, and subcontractor oversight• Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, owners, and contractors to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely execution• Produce regular progress and financial reports and enforce health and safety standards on job sites• Mentor and work alongside superintendents and other team members in a tight-knit company of about 20 employees

Must Haves as the Project Manager:


• Minimum 3-5 years of commercial or industrial construction project management experience (ideally 5+ years)• Proficiency managing submittals, RFI’s, change orders, pay applications, contracts (AIA or equivalent), and schedule of values• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and time management skills• Comfortable using Excel, Word, and basic accounting tools

Nice to Haves as the Project Manager:


• Experience specifically with design build and metal building project types• Prior exposure to school or public sector projects
