We, a respected full-service law firm with a presence in Larkspur, CA, is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their growing team in the Bay Area.

What You'll Do as the Litigation Associate:

Support all stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, trial prep, and settlements—particularly in personal injury and insurance defense matters.
Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and discovery responses.
Prepare clients for depositions and assist in taking or defending fact and expert witness testimony.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and paralegals on trial preparation and hearings.

Must-Haves as the Litigation Associate:

Active California Bar license in good standing.
At least 2 years of litigation experience, preferably including personal injury or insurance defense.
Strong legal writing, analytical, and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with legal research platforms and case management systems.
Organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a collaborative team setting.

Nice-to-Haves as the Litigation Associate:

Exposure to trial work or courtroom proceedings.
Experience with complex civil litigation or related areas like corporate or construction law.
Positive attitude and interest in growing within a supportive legal team.

This Role Offers:

Competitive salary range of $130,000–$170,000, plus profit-sharing opportunities.
