We are scaling quickly and looking for passionate people to protect the next million families! About The RoleEthos is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-growing team in Bangalore, India.

You’ll play an essential role in supporting the execution of our paid marketing programs by managing ad uploads, coordinating cross-functional marketing initiatives, and keeping projects on track.This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is looking to gain hands-on experience across performance marketing, creative production, and content workflows at a mission-driven startup.

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Ad Platform Execution: Upload and launch ads across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Twitter/X. This includes entering copy and creative assets, building ad sets, selecting audiences, and performing QA to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Ad Platform Moderation: reply to comments on our ads on Facebook and Instagram ads as well as our organic posts. Reply to direct messages on Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Twitter.
  • Content Project Coordination: manage timelines for editorial content and blog content by coordinating with writers and our internal compliance team. Track drafts, reviews, and final approvals through to launch.
  • Reporting Support: help maintain marketing trackers and compile weekly performance summaries. Document test results and learnings from paid campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • 1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing, advertising, or project coordination role.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when managing multiple versions of ad copy or creative assets.
  • Experience in a customer support role is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms is ideal.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working across time zones with distributed teams.
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Asana, Airtable, or similar project management and tracking platforms.
