The Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for Springbig’s SaaS technology services within a defined geographical territory.What are we looking for in a team member?Your specialization is less important than your ability to learn fast, communicate effectively, and adapt to shifting priorities.Responsibilities includeGenerate leads via email, phone, and social mediaConduct research to identify the needs and scale of each opportunitySchedule qualified leads for demos with the Business Development ManagersPersonalize outreach and communications to high-value prospectsMaintain active engagement with your pipeline and share insights to improve performanceRequirementsTech savvy with experience in SaaS environmentsSelf-starter with a strong drive to exceed goals and targetsExtremely comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and prospectingStrong business acumen with the ability to stay focused and professional in fast-paced settingsIntellectual curiosity paired with grit and persistencePrevious experience in lead generation, outbound calling, and sales qualificationExcellent written communication skills and ability to craft effective sales outreachPositive and energetic phone presence with strong listening and verbal communication skillsWhat’s it like to work at Springbig?It’s awesome.
