Overview
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing the full sales cycle of ICT, including lead generation, client acquisition, solution design, and account management. This role targets business growth through strategic selling and client-centric engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and convert potential clients across the ICT and network security sectors.
- Manage key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and expand market presence.
- Provide consultative selling by assessing client needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized offerings.
- Stay up to date on market trends, competitors, and technologies (Cisco, Palo Alto, Bluecoat, etc.).
- Report sales performance and market insights to management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ICT or network security sales.
- Proven ability to build pipelines, close deals, and manage accounts.
- Strong knowledge of ICT & cybersecurity solutions and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
