Your Role:
As the Regional Manager you will support the growth and maintenance of relationships with U.S. institutional partners within an assigned region. This Regional Manager manages a portfolio of designated university accounts while also serving as a responsive point of contact for institutions not yet assigned to a specific manager. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, detail-driven, and enthusiastic about study abroad, with strong communication and organizational skills. The Regional Manager collaborates closely with the Institutional Relations team to ensure partners receive timely, accurate support and that opportunities for engagement are maximized.
What You'll Do:
- Manage a portfolio of assigned partner institutions to support enrollment and engagement goals through ongoing communication and service delivery.
- Respond promptly to inbound requests from unassigned institutional accounts, providing accurate information and connecting them to appropriate resources or team members.
- Support the execution of account plans and outreach strategies under the guidance of a Regional Director or Vice President of Institutional Relations.
- Assist study abroad offices by delivering training, promotional materials, and program information to support their advising and recruitment efforts.
- Collaborate with CEA CAPA’s Student Engagement Team to coordinate participation in student-facing events such as study abroad fairs, classroom visits, and pre-departure sessions.
- Help promote CEA CAPA programs through digital outreach, including email and social media, in coordination with marketing and partner engagement strategies.
- Track activity, engagement, and outcomes for both assigned and unassigned accounts using internal systems and tools.
- Gain and maintain working knowledge of CEA CAPA’s study, internship, and custom program offerings.
- Maintain a service-oriented approach in communication with partners, prospective partners, and internal teams.
- Contribute to the team by sharing feedback from the field and suggesting process improvements.
What Makes a Great Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1 or more years of experience in higher education, international education, or related student services or customer support roles
- Prior experience in a client-facing, relationship-building, or customer service capacity
- Ability to travel to partner visits and campus events

- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, access, and inclusion efforts
- Self-starter mentality with comfort and confidence working remotely, as well as collaborating across Institutional Relations team and multiple departments to meet established target based goals
- Prior study abroad, international travel, or cross-cultural experience preferred
