The Role:


We are hiring a dedicated Marketing & General Procurement Manager/Senior Manager to join our India Growth Team.This role is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement processes to support Marketing and Sales initiatives as well as all general procurement categories in India, including HR services, Admin/Facilities needs, Software/IT services, and other local operational requirements.The role ensures supplier competitiveness, localized execution efficiency, cost control, and compliance with company procurement standards.

It requires close collaboration with India Marketing, Sales, HR, Admin, IT, Finance, and HQ teams.

What you’ll do:


  • Marketing & Sales Procurement Project Execution (50%)
  • Lead procurement support for marketing campaigns, ATL/BTL activities, events, retail programs, and sales enablement needs in India
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand scope, define procurement strategy, and ensure timely delivery
  • Track and manage budgets, contracts, and delivery KPIs
  • General Procurement Sourcing & Management (30%)
  • Manage sourcing and vendor negotiations for broader general procurement categories such as HR services, Admin/Facilities, Software/IT solutions, and professional services
  • Identify and qualify local suppliers to meet operational and compliance needs
  • Run RFPs/RFQs, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure quality and cost efficiency
  • Maintain preferred vendor lists and performance tracking for all covered categories
  • Procurement Process Compliance & Local Field Check (20%)
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and documentation standards
  • Conduct onsite evaluations in key cities to verify execution of events, drops, sales field activation, and supplier service delivery quality
  • Support procurement audit readiness and reporting requirements for the India market

What we are looking for:


  • 8+ years’ experience in general procurement, service procurement, marketing operations, project management, or vendor management, preferably in consumer electronics, tech, FMCG, or related industries
  • Proven ability to manage multiple general procurement categories, including marketing, HR services, admin/facilities, and software/IT sourcing
  • Strong negotiation, supplier management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Deep understanding of India’s local supplier landscape across relevant categories
  • Fluent in English; local language skills are a must
  • Hands-on, proactive, and willing to travel for onsite field evaluations as needed
