How You Will Make an Impact

Systems Administrator I will monitor and support networking support queue on Invgate ticketing system.
Systems Administrator I will respond and resolve all warning and failure alerts received by monitoring systems, including by not limited to Zabbix, New Relic, APC, hypervisor, other 3rd party solutions in timely manner daily. Escalate to engineers as needed.
Perform server and network device audits and maintain updated inventory.
Systems Administrator I will create How-to’s, network diagrams and documentation as needed.
Schedule installations, upgrades, patch management and maintain them in accordance with established policies, procedures and SLAs
Monitor and test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports
Systems Administrator I will perform system backups and recovery files and emails as required.
Management of Microsoft O360 as well as supporting common email applications

What You Bring to the Table

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field a plus
Minimum of 2 years’ field experience required
Familiar with configuration and usage of Linux operating systems (preferred)
Experience in AWS Cloud Computing (preferred)
Experience with E-mail archiving and Antispam software, VMWare, Xen, and KVM.
Experience in Microsoft Windows 2016 Active Directory
Experience with various Backup and Recovery solutions, including veeam
Experience with management of Microsoft AD (Active Directory)
