About the role:
Section is an AI transformation company that helps organizations get real value from generative AI. We help organizations plan their AI transformation, upskill their workforce, and integrate AI into their workflows and business processes – all with the goal of driving real productivity gains and ROI. Our goal is to bring a million workers into the “AI class” by 2026.As part of our growth, we are looking for an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, a software engineer whose focus will be ensuring that Section’s software platform delivers maximum value to our corporate customers.
This role requires strong critical thinking and time management skills, as each enterprise client presents unique technical requirements, integration challenges, and implementation timelines. You'll work directly with customers to customize the Section platform and troubleshoot technical issues.Candidates must be U.S.-based and reside in one of the following states: CA, GA, IL, MA, ME, NY, PA, TX, & WI.
What you’ll do:
- Translate customer requirements into technical configuration
- Build platform customizations to suit customer needs
- Troubleshoot customer issues
- Collect, configure, and test SAML SSO connection settings
- Answer internal and external data questions
Who you are:
- You’ve developed an instinct for deciding when to use AI tools and LLMs to accomplish work
- 3 years experience developing full stack web applications (Typescript)
- You have experience writing complex SQL for relational database queries (Postgres / MySQL)
- You know how to unblock yourself when faced with challenges in unfamiliar technical domains
- BONUS: Experience interfacing with corporate customers, providing technical support
