Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Full-Time Class A CDL Driver for our Atlanta Healthcare Laundry facility. This individual must demonstrate sound judgment, quick decision-making, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Collect finished linen carts and transport them to the back dock.
- Load delivery trucks by pushing carts onto the assigned vehicle.
- Deliver clean linen products to healthcare clients.
- Transport soiled linen back to the plant for processing.
- Comply with all federal, state, and local D.O.T. regulations.
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards related to bloodborne pathogens.
- Coordinate daily delivery activities with Transportation, Plant Managers, and Team Leaders.
- Maintain flexibility to adapt to operational changes and unscheduled events.
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance, ensure cleanliness, and disinfect after transporting soiled linen.
- Work rotating shifts as scheduled.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL license.
- Clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or service environment.
- Previous experience as a commercial driver is required.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
- Strong analytical ability to manage order quantities accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and reach for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull carts weighing up to 400 pounds over distances up to 60 yards.
- Strong customer service, organization, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions.

- Hourly Pay: $24.00
