About the role


We're looking for our next Developer Support Engineer. Your mission on the team is to provide our customers with the best support service for systems integration solutions using the Digibee platform.

On a typical day, you will…


  • Support customers in the development and use of the Digibee Platform.
  • Contribute to improving customer support by promptly responding to clients' requests and dealing with complaints.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to diagnosing and repairing faults.
  • Participate in customer meetings to get to the root of their problems quickly.
  • Ensure assertive customer assistance every day, providing timely and accurate customer feedback and giving follow-up to ensure the problem is solved.
  • Support the processes to maintain the Customer Support Service at high-quality levels.

What you’ll need to bring


  • Experience in programming logic and mastery of integration patterns;
  • Knowledge in languages SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB), web services, JSON, XML, REST, SOAP, API;
  • Ability to act in critical incidents with agility and assertiveness in communicating with other teams.
  • Investigative profile
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, good written and verbal communication.
  • English fluent skills

Nice to have


  • Spanish Language Skills
  • Basic Networking concepts
  • Knowledge of cloud architecture, networking, and DevOps best practices.
