Compensation:


$24.95 - $28.07/ hr.

Work Schedule:


8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday.

General Summary:


Under the direction of the Executive Assistant, Administrative Supervisor and guidance from the director, Real Estate, perform various clerical support and administrative duties. Provide support to other administrative assistants as needed.

Summary of Responsibilities:


  • Process of legal invoices, including tracking invoices in database, routing invoices, processing Attorney General approval letters and generating status reports.
  • Maintain documents on SharePoint, including scanning, uploading and categorizing transactional documents and internal documents for acquisitions, dispositions and external funds.
  • Compile list of real estate assets for Treasurer on a quarterly basis.
  • Track, upload and send reminders for property tax payments.

Summary of Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • College-level course work with preferred emphasis in business.
  • Five years’ administrative assistant in real estate experience in a business office preferred.
  • Notary Public preferred.
  • Understanding of general business policies, procedures and protocol to handle administrative details required.
