This is a brand-new role at JBH, created as part of our ongoing expansion. We’re a UK-based digital PR and SEO agency delivering high-impact campaigns that earn top-tier media coverage and drive measurable results. As part of our next growth phase, we’re hiring an Outbound Sales Executive (SEO) to shape how we drive new business through outbound SEO sales.
We’re looking for a confident, results-driven individual with previous sales experience. While your core focus will be on SEO services, you’ll also collaborate with our Digital PR team where services overlap, particularly on integrated campaigns. You’ll be responsible for generating qualified leads, managing outreach campaigns, and helping shape how we go to market with our SEO offering.You don’t need to be an SEO expert, full training will be provided to get you up to speed on our services, positioning, and approach.

However, we’re looking for someone who brings strong foundational sales skills, a consultative mindset, and a proactive, self-motivated attitude. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and delivery teams, with the opportunity to meaningfully influence how we scale our sales efforts.This is a full-time, in-house role with a competitive salary and bonus structure, tailored to reflect your experience and performance.   • Generate outbound leads for JBH’s SEO services, identifying qualified opportunities in target sectors
  • Execute cold outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on SEO solutions
  • Support Digital PR prospecting where aligned with SEO services
  • Craft tailored proposals and email sequences based on client needs and JBH case studies
  • Coordinate initial calls between leads and the SEO/Digital PR team
  • Maintain CRM hygiene (HubSpot), updating all outreach activity and prospect status
  • Report weekly on outreach performance, lead quality, and opportunity pipeline
  • Provide input on how SEO and Digital PR services can be packaged for specific verticals

  • Previous experience in outbound sales or business development(B2B environment preferred)
  • Strong communication and persuasive writing skills, confident in cold outreach and follow-up
  • Interest in SEO  (formal SEO experience not required – training provided)
  • Bonus: Experience selling SEO,  or PR services
  • Proactive and self-motivated – able to work towards individual targets
  • Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and outreach tools
  • Strong organisational skills and a structured approach to sales processes
