We’d love for you to join us!As the SBDR Enablement Program Manager, you will play a critical role in driving pipeline generation and accelerating ramp across our Sales/Business Development. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and scaling high-impact enablement programs that empower reps with the skills, tools, and knowledge they need to succeed.

You will:


  • Oversee day-to-day execution of sales/business development enablement programs, including programmatic design, content curation/creation, delivery, and ongoing optimization
  • Own and drive pipeline generation enablement across all Sales segments (not limited to SBDRs), including working sessions, training, and tool adoption.
  • Partner with sales/business development leaders to implement, maintain, and provide training on agreed-upon core competencies (skills, tools, product, process, methodology)
  • Design and deliver certification programs and regular ability assessments tailored for SBDRs in close partnership with team leads
  • Support initiative-based learning (e.g., introductions of new products, messaging, techniques, playbooks) as a field enthusiast and subject matter specialist for BDRs
  • Share best practices and standardize approaches for SDRs/BDRs to uncover and qualify new opportunities across our target market
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, and Enablement stakeholders.
  • Partner with Enablement team members to ensure alignment and drive exceptional world class customer experience
  • Facilitate regular pipe gen working sessions which includes account planning, email writing, cold calling, objection handling and all other prospecting activities
  • Demonstrate ability to make complex topics easy to understand for different audiences
  • Communicate program updates and performance clearly to all stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and follow-through
  • Set program goals, measuring results/KPIs of the program and documenting success - including analyzing program feedback and delivering metrics to leadership team
  • Manage sales engagement platform in partnership with SBDR and Marketing leadership
  • Manage and oversee content within the learning management system (LMS)
  • Continuously evaluate and update sales content in our Content Management System (CMS) to ensure accuracy, relevance, and accessibility

You Have:


  • 4-7 years of experience in enablement, sales, GTM operations, or leadership development (bonus points for a combination!)
  • Experience in delivering presentations and training, both in-person and virtually
  • Group facilitation skills; running workshops, role plays and hands-on learning
  • A passion for working with Sales, Marketing, and BDR teams
  • Experience at a high growth SaaS company
  • A highly motivated, self-starter, problem solving attitude
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) and interpersonal skills; positive, flexible
  • Highly organized, great attention to detail, and deadline driven
  • Relationship builder and culture driver
  • Experience using and managing enablement tech stack (CMS, LMS, CRM, Call Recording, etc.)

This position is a hybrid role located in San Francisco or New York City

Base Salary Range: $150,000 - $170,000


The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. Our base salary is just one component of Ironclad’s competitive total rewards package, which also includes equity awards (a new hire grant, along with opportunities for additional awards throughout your tenure), competitive health and wellness benefits, and a commitment to career growth and development.Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.Compensation Range: $150K - $170K
