Responsibility
- Coordinate operations with Pony.ai’s US team and local partners regarding operations, scheduling, and resource planning
- Coordinate Operational Design Domain (ODD) expansion and testing permit related aspects
- Provide administrative support for office, garage, IT, and other aspects of our Luxembourg projects
- Support engineers and vehicle operators onsite
- Coordinate technology demonstrations and visits
Requirements
- 2 or more years of project management experience
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in the automotive industry or a similar industry
- Fluent in English and French
- Local resident or living close to Luxembourg (< 1 hour driving)
- Flexible working hours to coordinate with USA and China
