Essential Duties
Records Management:
• Process sales jobs including sales forms, work orders, etc.• Prepare and update Tracking Sheets and all other applicable logs• Prepare and send Customer Service Phase Letters• Assist with the permit process• CRM database management: enter sales data, maintain accurate records, generate reports
Administrative Support - including but not limited to:
• Answer phone calls• Check and clear voice mail, return calls• Email correspondence• Fax• Open and distribute mail• Order office supplies & sales literature• Maintain customer files• Permit information
Customer Service & Office Support includes:
• Interacting with customers, contractors, etc., in a responsive and courteous manner• Keep sales on schedule, coordinate workflow with the Design Consultants, Schedule Meet & Greets, coordinate schedules
Other
• Other projects and duties as required/assigned.• Follows Anthony & Sylvan Pool’s policies and procedures.
