Summary:
The Production Specialist is responsible for ensuring production departments paperwork is completed in a timely and correct manner following products life cycle and the flow of production department activities. Additionally, the Specialist will assist the Production Supervisor while working with quality to ensure appropriate specifications are met during the production process. Lastly, the Specialist will assist order pickers with the flow of raw materials, finished goods, and other duties assigned.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Filling tubes, sterilize tubes, Blisters, and Sterilize blister product
- Maintain work orders are printed, posted, and entered D365
- Maintain in depth familiarity with workmanship standards and other required documents.
- Reports discrepancies to supervisory personnel in a timely manner.
- Promotes a positive work environment.
- Notifies Supervisor of any inventory needs/requests.
- Communicates with Supervisor any issues with the equipment.
- Ensure and maintains workstations are kept safe and free of clutter.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Education and/or Experience Required:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Must have a positive attitude and possess the ability to multitask and work well with others.
- Ability to organize and keep production tools and equipment in good working order.
- Previous applicable work experience in warehouse, assembly, or previous production roles.
Language Skills:
- English required; Spanish is a plus.

Physical Demands:
- Position requires walking, standing for prolonged periods, occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. May frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment:
- Non-temperature-controlled warehouse, non-temperature-controlled production floor, temperature-controlled office.
