  • Run beta programs and gather structured feedback to influence roadmap and messaging.
  • Drive adoption-focused in-product messaging and influence lifecycle campaigns for self-serve users.
  • Collaborate with demand gen and other key teams to launch integrated campaigns that support both product-led and sales-led motions.

Strategic Product Influence

  • Join quarterly and annual planning to influence product direction at both strategic and execution levels.

Positioning, Messaging & Content

  • Own positioning and messaging for key product areas, adapting to user segments and buyer personas.
  • Collaborate with brand and comms early to ensure narratives are consistent, on-strategy, and ready for multi-channel deployment.
  • Ensure messaging is clear, compelling, and aligned across product surfaces, marketing assets, and sales tools.
  • Collaborate with legal and privacy teams to ensure positioning aligns with regulatory requirements, ethical AI principles, and evolving data usage standards, enabling responsible go-to-market execution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, CS, and Solutions Engineering to align product messaging with customer-facing efforts.
  • Equip GTM teams with the right content, narratives, and training to confidently speak to what’s live and what’s coming.
  • Serve as a go-to expert for product questions—balancing responsiveness with focus and impact.

Feedback Loops & Operational Excellence

  • Run continuous feedback loops with internal stakeholders and customers to inform roadmap, messaging, and enablement needs.
  • Help optimize our PMM workflows to scale impact while staying agile.

You

  • 6 - 10 years of B2B Product Marketing experience, ideally in hybrid PLG + SaaS environments.
  • Proven success leading GTM for complex, cross-functional product initiatives.
  • Strong writing and positioning skills—you translate complexity into clarity and resonance.
  • Deep curiosity and analytical thinking—you seek out insights through data (quant and qual) to inform product and messaging decisions.
  • Empathy for both customers and internal stakeholders—you know how to balance strategic influence with executional excellence.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change in a fast-moving environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Figma, Amplitude, and Crayon/Klue is a plus.
