This strategic role focuses on ensuring optimal planning, resource allocation, and approach, while our customer success teams handle execution. The ideal candidate will excel at removing obstacles, managing stakeholder relationships, and maintaining laser focus on customer impact and implementation success.Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Alignment:
- Develop and drive comprehensive implementation strategies for large, complex EHS software deployments.
- Ensure optimal resource allocation and approach alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Partner with customers to maintain strategic alignment throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Create and maintain implementation roadmaps that prioritize customer impact and business outcomes.
Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as primary liaison between customers, internal teams, and executive leadership.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment meetings and decision-making processes.
- Manage expectations and communicate progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and internal partners.
Risk Management & Problem Resolution:
- Identify potential roadblocks and implementation risks before they impact project success.
- Develop and execute recovery strategies for off-track implementations.
- Implement preventive measures to avoid future implementation challenges.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional leadership teams.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to implementation teams.
- Escalate critical issues and provide recommendations for resourcing and/or scope adjustments for implementation success.
Education:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Industrial / Process Engineering. Master and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certifications are highly desired.Skills and Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in strategic project management, implementation leadership, or customer success.
- Proven experience with SaaS implementations and software delivery models.
- Experience with EHS software solutions and implementations is highly desired.
- Knowledge of EHS industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive customer outcomes.
- Experience with risk management and problem-solving in high-stakes environments.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to changing schedules and environments.
