Duties
- Lead initiatives across multiple teams that improve 15Five software.
- Guide the Engineering practices and define high-level systems of the team.
- Support product requirements.
- Ensure data and security guidelines are implemented and upheld.
- Collaborate with others to make informed decisions in alignment with product needs.
- Work closely with Engineering Managers to plan improvements.
- Propose initial technical implementation, using SQL and Python, and Proficiency in Data warehouses, Data lakes, and Data orchestration tools.
- Conduct valuable research to inform design systems.
Education Experience
- Master's in Computer Science required
