Duties


  • Lead initiatives across multiple teams that improve 15Five software.
  • Guide the Engineering practices and define high-level systems of the team.
  • Support product requirements.
  • Ensure data and security guidelines are implemented and upheld.
  • Collaborate with others to make informed decisions in alignment with product needs.
  • Work closely with Engineering Managers to plan improvements.
  • Propose initial technical implementation, using SQL and Python, and Proficiency in Data warehouses, Data lakes, and Data orchestration tools.
  • Conduct valuable research to inform design systems. 

Education Experience


  • Master's in Computer Science required
