Position Title: Senior Scheduler
Location: Hanover, MDClearance Required: Top Secret/SCI
Position Overview:
Join a collaborative and mission-driven team where your contributions directly support the Army’s readiness and modernization goals.The Scheduler develops and maintains integrated program schedules aligned with acquisition milestones and technical objectives. This role provides expertise in scheduling methodology and risk assessments to support project planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and update Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for the program.
- Align schedule tasks with contract deliverables, technical dependencies, and milestones.
- Coordinate with technical leads to ensure schedule feasibility and alignment.
- Conduct critical path analysis and Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs).
- Produce schedule updates and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support schedule reviews, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and milestone planning events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of scheduling experience supporting DoD programs.
- Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6.
- Knowledge of EVMS and DoD acquisition frameworks.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
