In this role, you’ll create and execute digital marketing strategies for a variety of clients. Your focus will include content creation—such as blogs, graphics, emails, and social media calendars—and the implementation of campaigns that increase web traffic, brand awareness, engagement, and reach.We’re looking for someone with strong multitasking skills who can manage the needs of multiple clients simultaneously, cohesively, and strategically.

Key Responsibilities:


Content Strategy & Development

  • Lead the creation and execution of content marketing strategies for multiple clients.
  • Produce and manage blogs, graphics, social posts, email campaigns, and website content.
  • Create and manage original, high-quality content in various formats, including written, visual, and video.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal Orange 142 teams to enhance social advertising and innovate campaign tactics.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends and best practices, especially social media.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and implement social media strategies and scheduling plans tailored to each client.
  • Create and maintain monthly content calendars for high-profile clients across multiple social media platforms.
  • Engage in community management by responding to comments and messages on client channels.
  • Monitor and report on weekly and monthly social performance; use data to recommend optimizations.
  • Client Collaboration
  • Join client meetings to present strategy recommendations, campaign updates, and performance reports.
  • Ensure strategies align with each client's goals, brand voice, and industry trends.

Email Marketing

  • Design, develop, and test emails for marketing and advertising purposes.
  • Track performance and optimize based on engagement data and KPIs.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor and report weekly and monthly analytics across content, social media, and email platforms.
  • Use data to identify areas of improvement and inform strategic shifts.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven experience using social media to build brand awareness.
  • Proficiency in email marketing campaign management.
  • Strong background in content creation—both writing and design.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership through mentorship, training, or team management.

  • Canva / Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) – for visual content creation
  • Grammarly – for writing clarity and grammar checks
  • WordPress / CMS platforms – for managing website content

Social Media Management


  • Hootsuite / Sprout Social / Later / Buffer – for scheduling, publishing, and monitoring
  • Meta Business Suite – for managing Facebook and Instagram campaigns
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager / Twitter Ads / TikTok for Business – platform-specific campaign tools

Email Marketing


  • Mailchimp / Constant Contact / Campaign Monitor
  • HubSpot / Klaviyo – especially if integrated with CRM

Marketing Automation & CRM


  • HubSpot / Salesforce – for lead nurturing and marketing automation

Project & Team Collaboration


  • Asana / Monday.com – for task management
  • Slack / Microsoft Teams – for communication
  • Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 – for collaboration on docs, spreadsheets, and presentations
