Primary Responsibilities
The Senior Technical Program Manager of IT and Security will oversee a contract supporting outreach and engagement and information technology services for the Military Community and Family Policy (MC & FP) Outreach and Digital Enterprise program. The MC&FP program serves as the driver of policy development, coordination, and delivery of a broad range of quality-of-life programs within the Department of Defense, aiming to help service members, their families, and survivors navigate military life and thrive.
The user base consisted of approximately 5 million participants, including active-duty members, members of the reserve services, retirees, and eligible family members. The Senior Technical Program Manager will provide day-to-day oversight of all IT and cybersecurity contract support personnel, and performance of IT, cybersecurity, and data operations enterprise services.
Qualification Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, information systems or a related field.
- Minimum of eight years of experience in planning, directing, and managing complex IT projects and operations of a program serving over 5 million individuals and families.
- Possess one of the following certifications: Global Security Leadership Certification (GSLC), Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
- Possess a minimum of a favorably adjudicated Tier 5 investigation.
Desirable Qualifications
- Possess a current PMI PMP certification or DAWIA Level III Program Management.
- A minimum of eight years of experience in leading projects involving compliance with the DoD CC SRG and the DoD RMF.
- A minimum of eight years of experience in Change Management and quality assurance concepts and guidelines.
