Role Overview
We’re looking for a Inside Sales Development Representative (ISDR) to help fuel Orange 142’s growth by generating qualified leads and setting discovery meetings for our sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, driving pipeline through a combination of cold outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and email campaigns.You’ll thrive here if you’re curious, persistent, and excited about tech, media, and growth.
What You’ll Do
- Initiate outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, and cold calls) to targeted decision-makers
- Qualify prospects based on fit, budget, and business needs
- Book and confirm 8–12 qualified meetings per week after initial ramp-up (30–45 days)
- Use HubSpot CRM to track leads, update deal stages, and maintain data hygiene
- Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and support outbound campaigns
- Continuously test and optimize messaging, subject lines, and call strategies
- Provide weekly reporting on lead activity and meeting conversion rates
What You Bring
- 1–2 years of B2B sales or business development experience (agency/AdTech a plus)
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills—you know how to grab attention
- Proven experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach platforms, and CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
- High level of resilience—you’re not afraid to hear “no” and keep going
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple outreach sequences
- Familiarity with digital marketing, media buying, or programmatic platforms is a plus
Tools You’ll Use
- HubSpot (CRM and sales pipeline)
- Apollo, ZoomInfo (prospecting and enrichment)
- Smartlead, Trellus, or similar (outreach sequencing and dialing tools)
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Performance Benchmarks
After a 30–45-day ramp period, a successful BDR should consistently:
- Generate 40–60 new outbound connections per day
- Maintain 8–12 qualified meetings per week
- Log and manage all activity with precision inside HubSpot
Compensation
Base salary plus structured commission plan, and annual bonus and benefits.
