This role organizes and drives progress of development and releases on projects of all sizes, version upgrades, and support development. What will you do?
- Organize and facilitate the flow of development and testing work across development, testing, and support teams
- Coordinate with project and support teams to ensure alignment on prioritization, schedules, and escalation
- Facilitate and drive the release planning, preparation, and execution process
- Monitor and report on current state of development activities relative to established deadlines including:
- Project development and testing progress
- Support ticket development and testing progress
- Release schedule and preparation status
- Establish close working relationships with team members involved in projects and production support
- Improve product understanding by attending training, using the application, and communicating with customer-facing and development teams
What skills and experience do we expect you to have?
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects at the same time
- 2+ years or more of experience in information systems projects or other projects of substantial complexity
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams toward task completion
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and Jira (or other development tracking tools)
- Strong grasp of version control, regression testing, and release management best practices to support reliable and efficient software delivery
- Associates/bachelor’s degree in a business or technical area

At Movemedical, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. The salary range is expected to be $60,000-$70,000 USD for this position and will vary based on your qualifications and job-related experience level.
