Senior Digital Campaign Manager
Compensation: $58,000 base and up to an $8,500 bonus potential.

Your Work:
As a Senior Digital Campaign Manager at Feathr, you will oversee the execution of multiple digital marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring that each project aligns with customer goals and delivers measurable results. In this fast-paced role, you’ll manage customer relationships, coordinate with creative teams, and use data to optimize campaign performance. Your ability to troubleshoot issues, manage timelines, and communicate effectively will be key to driving customer success. This role requires a strong blend of project management, customer support, and digital marketing expertise.
Your Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in project management, customer support, or digital marketing (or 1+ years with a relevant degree)
- Proven experience troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in a professional environment
- Demonstrated ability to own and manage projects from start to finish
- Strong software proficiency and ability to maximize technology use

Your Day:
- Autonomously manage customer relationships in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with designers to coordinate the creation of landing pages, banners, and email campaigns.
- Analyze and report on campaign data, presenting cohesive insights and recommendations.
- Optimize campaigns to ensure they meet or exceed client goals.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with the support team.
- Manage customer projects from inception to completion using tools like Asana, GSuite, PlanHat, and Salesforce.
- Communicate regularly with customers to ensure deliverables are completed and expectations are met.
- Contribute innovative ideas in meetings and support experiments to test new customer segments, use cases, best practices, and processes.
Metrics & Performance:
- Manage 60-80 customer flights
- Responsible for renewing service dollars within your portfolio, working toward department-assigned retention goals that are updated quarterly in alignment with company objectives.

Compensation:
Starting salary for this position is $58,000 depending on experience and credentials, plus up to an additional $8,500 bonus annually based on departmental goals.In addition, you’ll receive health/dental/vision insurance, and other benefits like a professional development budget, office food, and social events, not to mention being a part of a supportive and motivated professional managed services team.
Location:
This position is remote for candidates located within the United States, with preference given to those who reside in the Eastern or Central time zones. There is also an option to work from our headquarters in Gainesville, FL. If you aren’t familiar, Gainesville is a hip, mid-sized city with a highly innovative population and an attainable standard of living.
Interview Process:
As a part of our commitment to creating a fair, equitable, and positive interview experience for all candidates, we offer full transparency of our interview stages to give applicants an idea of the time and effort involved. Additionally, each interview stage consists of standardized questions and rubrics with a scoring system to ensure a consistent and fair assessment practice of all candidates.
- HR Information Screen - The Talent Acquisition Team will invite candidates that move forward to a 20-30 minute virtual interview. This conversation will be focused on relevant work experience, compensation, role overview, and answering any questions the candidate has.
- Work Assignment - Candidates will be given a work assignment prompt to complete a project that is relevant to the work they can expect in the role.
- Panel Interview- 1 hour interview with two to three key members of the team. This interview will dive deeper into the role, technical knowledge, and requirements of the position. You will also utilize this time to review any questions related to your work assignment.
- Reference Check - Candidate's being considered for this role will be asked to provide three professional references.
- Offer- The Talent Acquisition Team will reach out with the details of the offer to discuss with the candidate.
