Role: Integrated Pest Management Supervisor

Your Impact:
- Lead a proactive and effective IPM program.
- Monitor nutritional deficiencies, collect and report plant health data, and prepare water samples for analysis.
- Train Cultivation team on pest and disease identification.
- Oversee and ensure accurate application and efficacy.
- Maintain spray equipment, update compliance logs, and ensure SOPs are followed.
Your Strengths:
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate teams.
- Demonstrated knowledge of plant science and cultivation techniques.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions and solve problems.
- Passionate about the cannabis industry, and the plant itself.
