Bilingual Sales Development Representative (Spanish)

As an Emerging Markets Sales Development Representative (EM SDR), you will play a key role in expanding Toast’s reach by engaging inbound leads and connecting with US-based SMB restaurants (1-15 locations). This role focuses on leveraging paid, organic, partner, event, and referral leads from our inbound router. Your goal will be to use a variety of outreach methods—calls, emails, texts, and social—to engage prospects and schedule demos with Emerging Markets Account Executives across the United States.

About This Roll (Responsibilities)*


  • Manage inbound leads and proactively engage restaurant owners and decision-makers through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, text, social).
  • Schedule 36+ demos per month for Emerging Markets Account Executives.
  • Contribute to $45,000+ in ARR per month as a ramped rep.
  • Make a minimum of 65 calls per day, with a total of 100+ outreach activities (calls, emails, texts, social).
  • Work collaboratively with EM Account Executives to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and prospect interactions in Salesforce and Salesloft.

Do You Have the Right Ingredients? (Requirements)


  • Fluency in Spanish (in addition to English) – written and verbal communication.
  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience (sales internships included).
  • Strong work ethic and determination to exceed goals.
  • Excellent organization, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote environment while staying motivated and collaborative.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Salesloft (preferred but not required).
  • Restaurant industry experience (nice to have but not required).

Total Targeted Cash for this role consists of a base salary, commission, benefits, and equity (if eligible). This role qualifies for uncapped commissions. The starting salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location.Total Targeted Cash$63,000—$101,000 USD
