- Commis Chef (Hot/Cold)
- Pastry Chef
- Chef de Partie (CDP)
- Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP)

Multiple locations across KSA
What You’ll Be Doing:
Depending on your position and section (hot kitchen, cold kitchen, pastry), responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in line with Somewhere brand standards.
- Supporting daily kitchen operations across various sections (pastry, hot kitchen, cold kitchen).
- Assisting in mise en place and service execution under the supervision of senior chefs.
- Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards (HACCP).
- Contributing to recipe development, innovation, and seasonal menu updates.
- Monitoring portion and waste control to support cost management.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Ensuring consistent quality and presentation of all dishes and baked goods.
- Training and mentoring junior team members (CDP and DCDP levels).
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen (preferably in upscale casual or fine dining concepts).
- Strong culinary and plating skills; knowledge of international cuisines is a plus.
- For Pastry roles: experience in desserts, pastries, doughs, and chocolate work.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work within a team.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Passion, creativity, and a strong eye for detail.
- Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
